 | Cadet Corporal | The first step on the promotion ladder, tasks would include overseeing the routine everyday tasks on a Squadron Parade. | |
 | Cadet Sergeant | The second stage up the ladder, tasks would include directing and supervising the Junior NCOs & cadets and organising tasks within the Unit | |
 | Cadet Flight Sergeant | A Junior Manager within the Squadron, may report directly to the Squadron Staff or a Cadet Warrant Officer (If one is appointed). | |
 | Cadet Warrant Officer | Directly organises activities within the Squadron (under the direction of a member of Squadron Staff & the Squadron Commander), supervises the Other Cadet NCOs in the Squadron. | |
