   | | To enable the Squadron to function effectively a large number of volunteers are required. These people fulfil a number of important roles. Squadron Officers.   | The Officer Commanding & his officers provide the leadership & administrative skills to enable the squadron to function effectively. |
Adult SNCOs.   | Discipline, Shooting and Drill are the traditional roles for Adult NCOs, but they will also find they are involved in a wide range of other activities & training. |
Civilian Instructors.   | The backbone of the Squadron training programme, Civilian instructors also participate in & organise a wide range of other activities. |
Squadron Chaplain.   | Provides the welfare input for both cadets & staff, involved very closely with the enrolment process of new recruits. |
Civilian Committee.   | Responsible for Squadron finances, providing a local viewpoint for cadet training & overall welfare of the cadets. |
